Troubleshooting
I cannot sign in
Section titled “I cannot sign in”Check that you are on the correct site and using the same email address you registered with.
A player is missing
Section titled “A player is missing”Ask the tournament director to check the tournament player list and registration status.
A game should not be assigned
Section titled “A game should not be assigned”Mark the game inactive or technical in tournament administration.
A score is wrong
Section titled “A score is wrong”Stop and contact the tournament director. Do not enter more results until the correction path is clear.
